About Us

Shout Shout Magazine, Social Handbook & Nightlife Publication is published by an intrepid band of pranksters and ne'er-do-wells in the mountainous town of Boone, North Carolina.

Each copy of Shout is hand-illuminated by a Trappist monk named Steve Koletnik who lives six hours into the woods near Pisgah National Forest.

The finished copies are hiked out of the wilds on the backs of Tennesse mules. Each copy is then individually packaged in an egg-shell crate to protect it on its journey to Boone, where it is then hand-inspected by our quality control technicians. Those copies deemed unworthy for the public are immediately burned and their ashes shipped to an underground nuclear disposal facility in Colorado, where they are incased in concrete to avoid possible exposure to our beloved public.

Better no Shout than a bad Shout.
